For conforming to the large-scale production and expanding international and domestic market, Fujian Dehua Gentle Porcelain Co., Ltd. has strengthened hardware and software facilities. The company covers an area of 35,000 square meters, and the practical area of building is 75,000 square meters. The fixed assets of our company amount to 70 million RMB,with more than 1000 employees. The refined ceramic material reachs 35,000 tons yearly, and the annully output is over 70 million pieces worthy of US$30 Million.

The plant is divided into two parts: manufacturing area and residence area. Within the residence area, there is a comprehensive dormitory building, garage, dining room, and kindergarten. By scientific planning, the standard factory has line of experimental furnace, round kilns for biscuit firing at temperature 950℃ by natural gas and diesel oil, tunnel kilns for sintering at temperature between 1300℃ to 1380℃ ,and round kilns for decorating firing by electric power and natural gas. The furnaces and kilns can be used alternately by different fuel to guarantee steady production. The metods of production:roller forming, punch forming, pressure casting, and drain casting. The main products: Pad printing products, japanese tableware, Chinese and Western kitchenware, coloured glazed porcelainware, ice cracks glazed ceramics, and crystalline ceramics. Quality Contorl: 3 times full check(biscuit, white body, and decorative porcelains).

The company was granted ISO 14001 Environment Management and ISO 9001 Quality Management certificates, as well as the Export License. And we obtained “Quality Approval Certificate For Export Products”and”Authentication Certificate for Daily-used Ceramics exporting to U.S.A.”.

For ensuring production on the rails, the company equips a complete set of computer network facilities. The Control System can monitor the whole course of key parts real-time to avoid carelessness in manipulation and remove a hidden danger, and provide information of human resources, financial statement data, and samples pictures in time.
